“Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.” -Philippians 2:12
“I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called. With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.” -Ephesians 4:1-6
The Worthy Beloved was created to encourage, uplift, challenge, and help others refocus on our true purpose–glorifying our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and to know what His Word says about us, our purpose, and our worth.
I am the eldest of eight, and yes, we are homeschoolers.
I’m a high school graduate who is taking a gap year, I’m planning to be a student at Southwest School of Biblical Studies in 2021.
I’m currently living in Texas.
I am a coffee lover, a bookworm, a dabbler in photography, and most importantly I am a new testament Christian/member of the church of Christ.
I am a people-oriented introvert, which means I love building deep friendships with people, but I do get exhausted at the end of the day and need my introvert time and big crowds can be overwhelming.
My two love languages are words of affirmation and quality time, I’m also a type two on the enneagram, and needless to say, the psychology behind personality measuring tests fascinates me as well as psychology in general.
I am a girl of simple dreams:
To honor and glorify my Creator, and to love and be loved.
If you’ve read this far, I want you to know that you are fearfully and wonderfully made. Being a Christian is hard, but you are not alone.
Together let’s become stronger, let’s become the worthy beloved.
